This new course will visit some of the flavors and textures from recipes in the Tassajara Bread Book,  once called "the bible for bread baking" by The Washington Post. We will help beginners overcome yeast anxiety and teach seasoned bread makers a few new trick and techniques. We guarantee you will have fun, and you will soon be filling your home with the heavenly aroma of fresh baked bread.
