This class features some of the instructor's favorite recipes: Steak au Poivre (with guest chef video), Garlic smashed Potatoes, Roasted vegetables, Artisan Lettuce Salad, appetizer and Bananas Foster ala mode for dessert. We'll reinforce professional techniques with demos followed by hands-on cooking. Come alone or with a friend to share the fun.
