This new baking course will focus on recipes from the famous classic cookbook Beard on Bread. We will help beginners overcome yeast anxiety and teach seasoned bread-makers a few new tricks as we adopt James' breads to modern ingredients and techniques. We guarantee you'll have fun, and you will soon be filled your home with the heavenly aroma of fresh bread. This is a participation-type class and each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch or rolls fresh-from-the oven. Visit www.AtThe Stove.com for more information.
