American Museum of Natural History - NYC 1442

Explore he origins of the history of mankind, view the largest dinosaur skeleton ever found, the Titanosaur, a cast of a 122 foot long dinosaur. This find is so new that it has not been formally named by the paleontologists who discovered it. See brilliant gems in the Hall of Minerals and take in a wonderful exhibit about our planet Earth. We will visit the Rose Center for Earth and Space, and take in the Planetarium Show: Dark Universe. Dark Universe celebrates the pivotal discoveries that have led us to geater knowledge of the structure and history of the universe and our place in it - and to new frontiers for exploration. You may take serveral self-guided tours or take a docent led tour included in your admission. Trip includes motor coach transportation, trip leader, and admission to the museum and the Space show, the Rose Center for Earth and Space the Planetarium show: Dark Universe and maps of area with meal recommendations. Meals are on your own. There are several casual lunch spots in the museum and in the area.
