Estate Planning for New Parents and Young Adults 314

This course covers the basics of what every young adult needs to know about estate planning. We'll explain the main estate planning documents....things like Wills (who gets your stuff), Powers of Attorney (who handles your finances if you can't) and Healthcare Directives (who will make decisions about your healthcare if you can't). And if you are a new parent, the stakes are even higher! If something happens to you, who will care for your children? You'll learn about naming a guardian, creating trusts and naming trustees. You'll walk away with an understand of what needs to be done in order to keep your loved ones secure if something happens to you.
