Indonesian Cooking 853

The focus of this class is to learn how to cook healthy and tasty Indonesian food. We will cook a variety of country food using olive oil and fresh ingredients with less salt and sugar. Healthy foods prevent high cholesterol, strokes, and other illnesses. Learn about the diversity of Indonesian culture at the same time enjoy the country's food and learn how to make it.

Class dates: Fridays, June 28, July 5, 12, 19 - 4 weeks

Bring containers to bring food home. Food fee of $40 payable to the instructor at the first class.
