This course will take you on a bread tour of the Baltic region, visiting a different country each week. The instrutor will help beginners overcome yeast anxiety and expose seasoned bakers to some new recipes and techniques. Destinations might include Poland, Russia, Sweden, Czech Republic, etc as we explore a wide range of flavors, shapes, and textures. This is a "participation type" course; each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of goodies fresh-from-the-oven.
