Fresh Assorted Bagels from Scratch 1810F CourseCatalog/images/new.gif

This course will include a variety of great bagels, like plain, onion, cinnamn-raisin,rye, asiago, etc. This is a great baking class for both beginner and seasoned bakers. Each team will make a different recipe and then we'll share the bounty with each other. This is a "participation-type" hands-on class; each student will take home an assortment of bagels fresh-from-the-oven.
