Qigong - Introduction 1359

Qigong is a form of exercise practiced hundreds of year ago in China. It can reduce stress-related imbalances, including high blood pressure, anxiety, headaches, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and joint pain, while they contribute to improving balance, flexibility, and coordination. Regular practice also builds strength and bone mass, and improves concentration and focus. Qigong is easy to learn and has benefits for everyone. Suitable for all ages.
