Filled Italian Pasta 808F

This class will focus on filed pasta and assorted fillings. You will learn (from and Italian chef) how to make pasta dough from scratch and then how to roll, cut, and fill it making ravioli and tortellini. We will also make fresh crepes and fill them to make manicotti. We will cover saucrs specifically paired with the filled pasta types made in class. This class will feature both presentations as well as hands-on cooking. A materials fee of $10 is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class. Visist www.AtTheStove.com for more information.
