Regular practice also builds strength and bone mass, and improves concentration and focus. Qigong is easy to learn and has benefits for everyone. Suitable for all ages.

1359b)  - Tuesdays & Thursdays, October 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25 - 8 sessions - 5:30 - 6:30 pm
