Selecting the Right Dog

You can avoid many common problems of dog ownership by selecting wisely. In this course you will learn how to match
your personality and general needs to certain breeds as well as how to tell a good prospect for a canine best friend when you see one. the class will be small enough that you will be able to get information specific to your situation. In the first session, you will define your needs and wants, learn some dog-industry "do's and don'ts" that will guide you in your search and be given a slight amount of homework to research you choices. In the second session we will discuss what you found in your research and discuss "temperament testing" more in-depth.
