West Hartford Continuing Education Adult Basic Education free to West Hartford residents.  This course is for adults who want to learn basic reading, writing, and math skills. You will improve your life skills and can prepare to enter a high school completion program. Interested West Hartford residents may enroll at anytime during the semester.

This course is for deaf or hearing impaired adults who need to learn or improve basic skills in reading, writing, or math.  Interested West Hartford residents may enroll at any time during the semester.
